We have had a visit from Action Pest Control and I have provided the report which states there are no current infestation.
The area around the soda machine in the cellar has been cleaned and maintained.
The business owner has completed his certificate in level 2 food safety in catering and his certificate is displayed on the kitchen door.
The kitchen has had a thorough deep clean and since then has maintained to a good standard.
The kitchen items are being taken downstairs to the big sink for cleaning before being returned to the kitchen for storage.
The fryer has been fixed and is now in good working order.
We have an up to date cleaning record that lists daily and weekly cleaning jobs that is now being adhered to.
We have daily temperature recording log books that are also being adhered to daily.
We have purchased a sanitising cleaning product that is now used after the kitchen has been cleaned with the appropriate cleaner and cloths which are now thrown away after each day and new ones ready for the next day.
