I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

A new food safety management system has been fully implemented, Other - please specify below

Lighting is now sufficient Hot water available from urn All stock is put away so no obstructions Allergen courses taken

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:

We had only just started up that day and we hadn’t put all stock away in proper places.
