We take food safety extremely seriously and would like to reassure our customers that the issues identified during this inspection have been fully addressed.
At the time of the visit, our documented food safety procedures were not being consistently followed in practice. Since then, we have taken immediate and comprehensive corrective action, including:
- Retraining all staff on food hygiene, personal hygiene, cross-contamination control, stock rotation and record keeping
- Strengthening management supervision and daily checks
- Reviewing and updating our food safety management system to ensure it is clear, practical and fully implemented
- Improving date labelling, shelf-life control, stock control and monitoring records
- Introducing stricter verification procedures to ensure standards are maintained at all times
