We agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements; the premises has been thoroughly cleaned and there are procedures in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.  Staff have been given new work instructions.

All Educaterers issues have been completed, the school issues are ongoing; the hot water issue is under review, the tap top has not been replaced and the flaking paint is also awaiting repair.

A new work instruction has been sent to all Educaterers units instructing on the process that must be followed in the event of no hot water.
