Several new members of staff had recently joined the team and have now completed all the necessary training.

Since the inspection we have invested £15,000 in structural renovations to our kitchen, ensuring it meets and exceeds the required standards.

All safety inspections relating to gas and water pressure systems have been carried out, and any necessary repairs have been completed.

In addition, cellar safety equipment has been fully restocked and appropriate training has been implemented.

An exceptionally busy period leading up to the inspection, combined with ongoing renovation work, resulted in certain procedures not being maintained at the high standards that we would usually uphold.
