I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:
1. The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned
2. A new management system has been implemented
3. There is a new manager and / or new staff
4. The staff have been trained / re-trained / given instruction / are under revised supervisory arrangements
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because on the day of inspection, we had 2 trainee staff, now all the satff members have done food hygiene level 2 training and are well trained to meet our standards
