We take food hygiene and safety very seriously, and we were extremely disappointed with our recent rating. The inspection highlighted documentation gaps and structural repairs required which we have already addressed.
Since the inspection, we have updated our food management documented system and have made strict improvements.
We are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards and have requested a reinspection at the earliest opportunity to reflect these improvements. We appreciate our customers’ support and confidence in us.
